Affinity Therapy is private-pay. An evaluation is $300, and one-on-one therapy sessions are $165 for 60 minutes or $125 for 45 minutes. How often you meet, and whether an ongoing plan fits, is shaped around your goals in a free consultation, so you'll know your full plan and cost before you start.

Do you take insurance?

Affinity Therapy is private-pay. Sessions aren't billed directly to insurance, but you can request a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA funds are accepted, and Aetna is billed in-network. A free consultation lets you ask cost questions up front.

Why is Affinity private-pay instead of billing insurance?

Private-pay is what lets therapy continue past the point where insurance stops, at the frequency recovery actually needs, with one-on-one specialist time. Insurance often ends coverage once rapid change slows, even when progress hasn't. Paying directly keeps the plan built around you, not a coverage window.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. Health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) funds can be used for speech therapy at Affinity. You can also request a superbill to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is handled securely through IvyPay.
